verschreibselPercy Jackson reviews is coming...most likley. Sometime! I was very disappointed and had to get over myself (my book loving self) a bit.
House episode 5 to 9 this week was excellent in my opinion. I even got the episode because I loved it so much. We all know that Cuddy has been a less than great character in the last few episode. What with the whole House/Cuddy drama I felt like the writers had somehow forgotten how to write an awesome, strong Cuddy. I don't have anything against her relationship with Lucus. I'm primarly a Cuddy fan and I just wanted her to get back on track. house_cuddy I saw a lot of people saying that they wanted every episode in Cuddy POV from now on haha :) But like some said. This is only the first step. They need to stick to it. I was also a bit sad that some people disliked Cuddy so much already that they wished she would get fired even after seeing her go through all of that. Anyway I loved the episode and liked her relationship with Lucus. Main point is: Cuddy rocks and she goes through so much. I also finally liked the House/Cuddy interactions again in this episode. Great idea for a different episode and I wouldn't mind more Cuddy episodes if they all were like that. I just hope the writers remember how to write her like they did in this episode. I know some thought it was boring because there was no medicine but I enjoyed it. Possibly because, as this review proves, I love Cuddy when she's well written. Go Lisa (x2)!
The Big Bang Theory episode The Large Hadron Collision was okay. I had some issues. I didn't like Penny being a bit too dumb with the swiss cheese stuff but that was also Leonard. Like I read in one review, it was a bit condescending. Though I can understand some people who said that Leonard was a jerk to Sheldon since even Penny knew how important it was. I sort of understand Leonard's point. Sheldon is always pretty hard to put up with and he invited Penny to go with him because it's their first Valentine's Day together. I get that. And I get why he didn't even want to give in when Sheldon convinced Penny. I mean it's no good to just always give in to Sheldon's demands y'know. He was trying to prove a point I guess. But the end was funny. And also Sheldon's tries at conving Leonard to take him.
How I Met Your Mother episode Rabbit or Duck was pretty good. I liked it. It was funny and the characters were likable again for once. I still wish they would have done Barney/Robin better but it's no use to cry over spilt milk. Anyway they had great continuity going on. I loved that The Naked Man was referenced. I didn't like Don before but he kind of grew on me in this episode. Like he grew on Robin. The addicted to his phone Barney stuff was also pretty great and so was Ted lawyering someone and Lily and Marshall trying to find him a wife. I also liked the Rabbit and Duck thing because it helped me like Don. :) I'm okay with him now. I'm a sucker for desperate in love storylines and he looked so adorable when he confessed that he had only invited Robin and told her it was a party so that she would come because he wanted to go on a date with her. Aww :) I hope this season is going uphill. They should stick to the continuity and the humour displayed in this episode.
