The Demon's Covenant
May. 31st, 2010 09:22 pmSo today I realised that apparently I do everything wrong once again and everyone gets everything I say wrong. I'm just socially awakard! I don't mean to look cold or to act that way. Also apparently I'm a bitch who shouldn't reproduce. I didn't plan on reproducing but some faith would be nice.
Anyway I don't want to dwell on it today. Today is my happy day. School let out early and when I arrived this wonderful book was finally waiting for me.
I immediately grabbed it and went to my room. That was around oh let's say 2 pm. I had a really quick lunch but read while I ate and kept reading until 7:40 pm when I finally finished it. I'm one of those people who devours books. Especially so long anticipated books. I just can't read it bit by bit in one week and I didn't want to. I LOVED IT. Btw. it took me serveral reading to love the first book The Demon's Lexicon but I loved this right after reading. I won't spoil anything and bore you with a long review since most of you haven't read the first book yet. EVEN THOUGH YOU REALLY SHOULD. But pressure never works for me with rec'ing so I won't say anything more. But look at that cover! Isn't it pretty? And damn the Millenium Bridge sure is getting action. They blew it up in Harry Potter, here we have a sword duel and in Love Actually while watching it Sam and his stepfather discussed the agony of unrequired love. One day when I visit London a third time I'll have to walk across that bridge maniacs with swords and death eaters be damned eh?
